Our school policies and procedures apply including the Behaviour and Relationships Policy. However, because the focus is on play rather than learning, we have created the following expectations and consequences we expect all children to follow at all times. We have put this in place to ensure that Extended Day Clubs are a safe and enjoyable place for children.

Expectations of behaviour:

  • Show respect to staff, children and resources.
  • Follow instructions from staff.
  • Keep hands and feet to ourselves.

A clear consequence system for physical aggression is as follows:

1st incident immediate removal from the club - the rest of the session will be spent supervised by an adult but away from other children. Parents will be informed upon collection.
2nd incident Parents contacted and asked to collect as soon as possible.
3rd incident One week exclusion from Extended Day Clubs
4th incident Your child's place in Extended Day Clubs will be removed until the next academic year.

If you have any problems with booking, payment or the Gateway App, please speak to the school office and we will endeavour to help. Thank you for your continued support.
