Breakfast and Afterschool Club Assistant


Responsible to: The Head teacher

Reports to: Ellen Gray

Hours:  17.5 hours


Number of weeks: 38 weeks.  Holidays to be taken out of term time.

Salary: Level 2 £17,711 FTE Actual £6,928

Location: Based at St Leonard’s C of E Primary School


St Leonard’s are looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic After School Club Assistants to join our afternoon and breakfast club team. The successful candidates will help to plan, organise and deliver a programme of activities for the children who access our After School Club and breakfast club.

Key Purpose of Job


To work under the direction of Manager and Head teacher to encourage and develop safe, purposeful and creative play during s. Ensuring the conduct, welfare, safety, physical and mental wellbeing of pupils and maintenance of good order and discipline.


To contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school.
