Teaching Assistant (x3) – Level 2, St Leonard's CofE Primary School
Contract Term: Full time, fixed term linked to ECHP funding
Salary: STC Grade 2 – NJC Points 3-5 Starting Salary £12,617 per annum (£18,562 FTE)
Term Time only – 38 weeks per annum

We are looking for 3 passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our collaborative academy, which is committed to developing our great team, centred around humility and respect. This is an exciting opportunity to join St Leonard's CofE Primary School, in Exeter, part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust. As part of your role you will be providing support on a 1:1 basis, as well as working with groups and assisting the Teacher within the KS1 or KS2 setting, dependent on the role.
St Leonard's CofE Primary School currently has around 600 pupils, set on a large plot, the school benefits from large open spaces for children to engage with learning outdoors, whilst having plenty of space to enjoy break and lunch times with friends. The school has experienced continued growth and success, and is proud to serve the community with links to the local church and charities. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who are committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
