Group Lead, St Leonard's CofE Primary School

St Leonard's C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint a Y1 or Y2 Year Group Leader to support the wider senior leadership team. This is a brand new, exciting opportunity due to a restructure, for the right candidates to make a difference to the provision and development of three classes, one of which they will teach in themselves. If you are motivated about developing the curriculum, raising standards and providing stimulating learning experiences for young minds, we want to hear from you! This role would also include leading the development of a whole-school subject.

School Operations Lead x3

Based at St Matthews Plymouth, St Leonard’s Exeter and Devon/Torbay

Full time, Permanent, 52 weeks a year (Flexible to a minimum of 42 weeks for the right candidate.  

£33,782 - £36,922 per annum, St Christopher’s Grade 9 NJC Points 30 – 33

 

We are looking to appoint three dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as ‘School Operations Leads’. Located at either Exeter, Plymouth or Torbay you will be the vital link between school administration and the Trust leadership team, enabling our schools to work in a connected way with our centralised finance, HR, and estates teams.  

 

The successful candidates will:

  • Be strategic, focused and values driven

  • Understand the importance of good communication and customer service

  • Attend to and take pride in the look and feel of the school for visitors, staff and pupils alike

  • Be skilled in business administration

  • Be entrepreneurially minded in finding additional revenue streams for our schools

  • Work flexibly in order to ensure the smooth running of the extended school services

  • Enable schools to meet the needs of diverse communities
