An exciting opportunity has arisen in our popular inner-city school.  Although in the heart of Exeter, we enjoy fantastic grounds with plenty of attractive spaces.  Our children are enthusiastic learners who have a wonderful sense of humour and who never cease to amaze us with their care for each other and the world around them. 

We are looking to appoint a Meal Time Assistant to assist the Senior Midday Supervisor/Headteacher as part of a team, in securing the safety and welfare of pupils during the midday break.

This role is to support a Reception pupil who is visually impaired and has some physical and sensory needs, with their lunch hour.

We are looking for someone who can join our incredibly dedicated team; someone who is inclusive, enthusiastic, caring, adaptable and flexible and a strong team player.

The Academy is part of the St Christopher’s Trust - a family of 19 Church and Community Schools spanning three local authorities and providing a rich network of collaboration.

Then we want to hear from you! We are looking for an enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team.

St Leonard's CofE Primary School, in Exeter, is proud to be part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust. We are a community school that serves around 600 pupils, set in extensive grounds filled with wide open spaces and woodlands that allow our children to engage in the wonder of outdoor learning.

We have experienced continued growth and success thanks to our energetic and dedicated staff.

Your role will be to support the learning of different pupils within a KS2, supporting children with SEND needs, assisting classes and running small group activities. You will have had some previous experience in working with children and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike, encouraging everyone to be the ‘best that they can be’.
