St Leonard’s CE Primary School require the following staff:


After School Club Playworkers (2.30-6pm daily, 2-5 days per week, term time only) required from September 2018. £8.55-£8.82 per hour.

The After School Club is a very popular club with in excess of 120 children attending every night. Candidates would need to be friendly, helpful and full of fun, imaginative and quick thinking, have bags of energy and most importantly love working with children. You will help to plan and deliver a wide range of activities. Mealtime Assistants (11.45-1.15pm daily, 2-5 days per week, term time only) required as soon as possible. £8.50 per hour.
The school has 558 children, so lunchtimes are a busy time. You would be working as part of the Meal Time Assistant team to assist  children with meals, supervise play activities either on the playground or field, and liaise with supervisors.

St Leonard’s CofE Primary School is a highly respected Church of England Primary School in the heart of Exeter. The school is moving into a new phase, becoming part of St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust from September 2018.


You will have some experience of school governance and be able to provide an efficient and professional service to our newly formed Local Governing Body. Duties will include minute taking at all Governing Body Meetings, formation of agendas (based on the Trust’s Handbook) circulation of papers and providing advice and guidance to the Local Governing Body on procedural matters.


We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional person who has effective ICT skills, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with initiative and enthusiasm. You will work at the direction of the headteacher and Chair of Governors with the Trust providing support and training via the clerk to the Board of Trustees.
