ST LEONARD'S PRIMARY SCHOOL PTA
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) includes all parents, carers, teachers and friends of the school.
The PTA organises fund raising and social activities and events like the Summer and Christmas Fairs, KS2 discos, cake sales, Christmas cards, Foundation play days, sports day ice creams and Easter chick hunts.
FUNDS RAISED BENEFIT PUPILS
Funds raised total around £6,000 each year, which are used to benefit pupils by paying for things the school could otherwise not afford including: playground development, the friendship hut, support for school trips and new staging & lighting. This year funds raised will pay for a new Forest School.
This is the easiest way to raise funds for the school! Whenever you buy anything online you could be raising a free donation. There are nearly 3,000 retailers on board ready to make a donation and it doesn’t cost you a penny extra! Get friends and family involved too:
This is a new scheme for parents, carers or friends of the school to make a donation to help fund projects the school could otherwise not afford. To find out more, see the link below.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
THE PTA NEEDS YOU!
The PTA works as a team and relies on parents, teachers and carers, giving their time to help raise funds by attending meetings, helping to organise events or assisting at events themselves.
