Following the success of last year’s puppet show ‘The Tale of the Wish Fish’, we plan to showcase a whole-school production once every year.
This year we are travelling ‘Around the World in 80 Minutes’ and would love parents to come aboard! This will take place at the Great Hall at Exeter University on Monday 1st April.
Please email email@example.com with any queries.
This will be a fantastic event for all children to get involved in. We are looking for parents to get involved and help out in various forms.
Tickets are available to buy for £5 each. Children under school age are welcome to attend the event without a ticket, but will not be allocated a seat. If you wish for your children to have their own seat, please order a ticket for them.
Please click the link below to purchase tickets!
Seats will be allocated and you will be informed of your seat number prior to the event.
Coaches will be transporting children from St Leonard’s Primary School to the Great Hall in the morning. Please drop your child to school, as per normal, for 8.30am registration.
Please collect your children from the ‘Sanctuary’ on the ground floor of the Great Hall for 3.30pm.
For parents watching the performance, please remain seated whilst children are taken to the ‘Sanctuary’. Parents will then be invited, a year group at a time, to make their way to the foyer to collect their children.
Lunch time arrangements
Please send your child with a packed lunch. We will be providing a hot school meal (Fish & Chips or Quorn Nuggets & Chips) for those entitled to a free school meal, including KS1 Universal Free School meals. You can order via the Survey Monkey link below. Please order by Friday 22nd March.
Parents watching the performance can park in the pay and display carparks around site. Please see below a link to the University of Exeter parking webpage.
Breakfast & After School Club
Breakfast Club will run as normal at St Leonard’s on this day.
After School Club children will be transported back to St Leonard’s Primary School via coach or minibus. You will be able to collect your child from 4.30pm. Please inform ASC if your child will not be attending that day, contrary to normal plans, by Friday 22nd March. Extra-curricular clubs after school will not take place on Monday 1st April.
We will need parent volunteers to help out during the day at the Great Hall. There will be the option to sign up via the PTA event page. You will need to have a DBS check completed by us. Apply in plenty of time to give time to process the check and receive a result.
We are offering local businesses the chance to advertise at the event, for a small fee. Please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested!
